We will book it in with your tenant, turn up, visually inspect condition and date of manufacture, check alarm locations for compliance, change battery as required, replace cemplete detectors as required, perform push button test and smoke test. And we will even provide you with a certificate of compliance annually.

We service and install battery only and mains powered smoke alarms. You can rest assure as we ONLY use photo electric type smoke alarms.
